In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form.

IMPORTANT:
A veterinarian will approve your request after reviewing your pets medical records or verifying that the drug you are requesting is approved.  Most prescriptions will be approved within 24 hours.  We do not monitor our emails on the weekends or holidays, therefore your request will be processed on the Monday or the next business day. Please ring the clinic if you have any concerns. 

Livestock Farmers who wish to request Prescription Drugs that are covered by their current Prescription Animal Remedy (PAR) allocation can use this form.

Please note: We only monitor our email Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. (Not monitored when a public holiday falls on a week day)

We do not monitor our email on the weekends or 24 hours a day.
