Broken and fractured bones are an all-too-common occurrence in our four-legged friends. However, advances in surgical techniques mean injuries that may once have resulted in amputation or euthanasia can now be successfully treated.
Each vet at The Vet Centre Marlborough is experienced in orthopaedic surgery with Stuart Burrough and Mark Wiseman having undergone extra training in orthopaedics. To gain the very best outcomes for our patients, we have invested in an extensive range of orthopaedic equipment including pinning and plating gear. Our IMEX external fixation equipment is produced from high quality material and allows us to successfully repair even the most difficult fractures that may previously have resulted in amputation.
